Welcome to FaresCup (https://www.farescup.site/). By accessing or using our train booking assistance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Service Overview

FaresCup provides train ticket booking assistance, including:

  • Finding and reserving train tickets

  • Seat preference booking (Window, Lower, etc.)

  • Cancellation support with zero service fee

  • One-tap rescheduling

  • Multi-language voice support

We are a booking assist platform, not a rail operator. The final confirmation, fare rules, and refund policies are governed by the respective train operator / railway authority.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using our website or calling our support, you confirm that all information provided (passenger name, age, ID proof, travel dates) is accurate and complete.


3. Booking & Payment

  • Booking Assistance: Our experts help you find and reserve tickets. The actual ticket is issued under the train operator’s system.

  • Payment: We accept payments via [add payment methods: credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.]. All prices are in [USD/INR – as applicable].

  • Fare Difference: In case of rescheduling, any fare difference (higher or lower) will be shown instantly and adjusted accordingly.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Zero Service Fee: We do not charge any cancellation fee when you cancel through us.

  • Operator Refund: Refund amount depends entirely on the train operator’s cancellation rules (e.g., time before departure, ticket type). The refund is passed to you in full.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically reflect in your bank account within 2–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.


5. “Seat at Your Choice” – Window, Lower

We check real-time availability from the train operator’s system. If your preferred seat (window, lower, aisle) is unavailable at the time of booking, we will offer the next best available seat. We do not guarantee 100% seat choice in case of last-minute bookings or high demand.


6. One-Tap Reschedule

Rescheduling is subject to availability on the new travel date. Any fare difference or operator-imposed change fee will be your responsibility. One-tap reschedule is available only for bookings made through FaresCup.


7. Multi-Language Voice Support

We offer voice assistance in English, Hindi, Spanish, and other languages as listed. Support is available during [mention hours, e.g., 24/7 or 6 AM to 12 AM]. Call recording may be used for quality and training purposes.


8. Issue Resolution (“We Fix It Instantly”)

We strive to resolve payment failures, seat allocation errors, PNR delays, and route confusion instantly over a single call. However, some issues (e.g., railway server downtime, bank processing delays) may take longer. We will keep you updated in such cases.


9. No Hold Time Guarantee

We aim to connect you to a real agent within seconds. In rare peak times (e.g., festive season), hold time may extend up to 60 seconds. If you experience longer wait, please email us at [insert email] for priority assistance.


10. Assistance for Bookings Made Elsewhere

We also provide paid assistance (minimal service fee) for tickets booked directly or through other platforms. This includes cancellations, rescheduling, seat changes, and refund tracking. Fees will be disclosed before you confirm the service.


11. All Routes, All Networks

We cover major train networks, regional routes, and long-distance lines. However, if a particular route is not served by any train operator, we will inform you immediately and suggest alternatives (bus, flight, or other transport) at no extra consultation charge.


12. Limitation of Liability

FaresCup is not responsible for:

  • Train delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by the operator

  • Loss of baggage or personal injury during travel

  • Rejection of ticket at boarding due to invalid ID or incorrect passenger details provided by you

Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for that specific booking.


13. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service for:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized bookings

  • Reselling tickets for profit

  • Providing false passenger information

We reserve the right to cancel any booking found violating these terms without refund.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
